These terms apply to all digitally delivered services provided by SwingFish, including but not limited to:

• The SwingFish website and all pages under swingfish.trade
• The SwingFish Discord community (chat and voice)
• YouTube live streams and published content
• Email communications

Other websites linked from this site are not covered by these terms or our privacy policy.

Who operates this site

SwingFish is a personal project by Mario Hennenberger. Infrastructure and running costs are funded by EnFoid Pte. Ltd. (23 New Industrial Road, #04-08 Solstice Business Center, Singapore 536209).

References to “we”, “us” or “our” refer to SwingFish and its operator. “You” refers to the visitor or user of our services.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting the privacy of our visitors. We do not sell, rent or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

What we collect see your data

• Connection data — IP address, country, browser type. This is standard for every website and is not stored beyond the current request, except in server logs retained for up to 30 days for security purposes.
• Account data — if you register on the blog (WordPress), we store your username, email address and display name. If you connect via Discord, we receive your Discord username, ID and email from Discord’s OAuth.
• Analytics — we use Google Analytics to understand how our site is used (pages visited, time on site, general location). This data is aggregated and not used to identify individuals.

Who we share data with

• Cloudflare — DNS and CDN provider. Processes connection data to deliver pages and protect against abuse. Their privacy policy.
• Google Analytics — aggregated usage statistics only. Their privacy policy.
• Discord — if you choose to log in via Discord, we exchange authentication data with Discord’s OAuth service. Their privacy policy.
• EnFoid Pte. Ltd. — provides trade-tracking data, currency conversions and performance statistics displayed on the site. Their privacy policy.
• tawk.to — powers the contact chat widget and support tickets. If you use the chat, your messages and basic connection data are processed by tawk.to. Their privacy policy.
• EthernetServers (UK) — our hosting provider, operating the LiteSpeed / cPanel infrastructure. Server logs may contain IP addresses and request data. Their privacy policy.
• DigitalOcean — hosts swingfish.nullx8.com, used as a CDN for static assets. Their privacy policy.

We do not share data with any parties beyond those listed above. There are no advertising networks, no data brokers, no behavioural tracking services.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device to keep the site working. They cannot identify you personally. We use them for:

• Session management — keeping you logged in, remembering your language preference.
• Cloudflare — bot detection and security.
• Google Analytics — anonymous usage statistics.
• tawk.to — chat widget state and visitor identification for support conversations.

We do not use tracking cookies or share cookie data with third parties for advertising. You can see exactly which cookies are active on your device on the Your Data page.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. Some site features (login, language preference) will not work without them.
