it seems the down spiral has’t really ended yet ..
in short ..started at 8:30 and finally pulled the plug at 21:40 after recouping the majority of the losses.
basically one stupid decision after another.
if a VERY CLEAR setup does present itself i may take it, otherwise this will be the last for this week.
