Starting this session with Wellington (early bird), it turned out to be not as eventful, made a few mistakes, scaled in on the gold trade, and took profit at the expected exit, ending this session now. knowledge of oneself is also a vital part of trading.

An early session starts today, there is however very very little volume right now. it took almost 1 hour after Tokyo opening. but then things started to move really fast, because of the delay I had a whipsaw that was quite expensive. but all went well in the end.

COT report for gold last week see a VASTLY different in opinion between large speculators(Mostly Bullish) and commercial sector(Mostly Bearish) but in the end the short contracts are still outnumbered the long, though not by much.

Happy Easter Monday, Volatility is quite interesting, but no direction has pointed out yet. still holding the Hedge from Easter Friday.
resolving the hedge ended in a total disaster, however, GOLD did finally pointing out a direction. this trade lasted serval hours as volatility is still very thin, but in the end, it paid for the Hedge-loss and added a nice 3.16% to the account.

It’s Friday (again), let’s see where this session will bring us today, there were quite a number of news events while Sidney was open, causing some interesting short-term moves.

Selling Singaporean Dollars for a short range and Buy GOLD twice, where the second buy turned out not to be a long lasting trade as we found later some significant Resistance in the prices. all in all a good day, all trades went to the targets.

Good Morning, after the FOMC event Yesterday, the Divergence data looks quite interesting, but with JPY, EUR, CHF and NZD being neutral.
there is not that much movement to be expected before the Frankfurt opening, besides some pullbacks.

all trades went to the Targets planned a few hours ago, it just took a very long time to get there at minimal drawdown. Closed all a bit more early on minor resistance points.
