here is how this does play out in reality

Sell positions opend on GBPUSD with a Stoploss at 1.31231

The ICMarkets account with DOUBLE the position size got stopped out at 1.31228
while CTI took the scenic route and finally closed the position at 1.31395, 167 points higher!
in fairness, the ICMarkets account also has slip on exit by 1.5 points (0.015 pips)

Also noteworthy is that the position was already hitting the SL Before the news came out, but the client did not close it, with price clearly being higher than the SL already and the volatility was still acceptable.

instead of closing, the SL turned Yellow, now sure what that means.
