index

record
close.
The
index
rose
above
5600
for
the
first
time
today.
The
NASDAQ
index
closed
at
a
new
record
level
for
the
7th
consecutive
day
(the
new
high
was
on
July
2)
Apple
closed
higher
for
the
seventh
consecutive
day.
Tesla
closed
higher
for
the
11
consecutive
day.
The
final
numbers
are
showing:
The
small-cap
Russell
2000
rose
22.28
points
or
1.10%
at
2051.75.
Some

the

gainers
today

risers
in
the
market

After
the
close,
Costco
has
announced
that
it
would
raise
membership
prices
by
five
dollars.
Shares
are
up
$36
or
4.10%
at
$920.
