Trump believes Putin is stalling, could ramp up pressure

I get the sense that Putin is growing determined to keep the war going as he sense that the US won’t send more support to Ukraine and that Ukraine doesn’t want to sign the new Trump minerals deal that contains infrastructure like ports and roads.
