US yields now mixed

The major US yields across the curve are trading at session highs. The shorter end is no modestly positive, while the longer end is still down but only modestly.

The snapshot currently shows:

  • 2-year yield 3.909%, unchanged
  • 5-year yield 3.982%, +0.4 basis points.
  • 10-year yield 4.249%, -0.6 basis points
  • 30-year yield 4.619%, -1.2 basis points.

At session lows

  • 2-year yield was down -7.4 basis points
  • 5-year yield was down -7.7 basis points
  • 10-year yield was down -6.7 basis points
  • 30-year yield was down 6.9 basis points

For the month of March

  • 2-year yield down -8.1 basis points
  • 5-year yield down -3.5 basis points
  • 10 year yield up +4.2 basis points
  • 30 year yield up hopefully well or or a new replacement or two +13.3 basis points
