Trump has been busy tweeting (using his own social app) this afternoon/evening:

This time he has let us all know that “I am authorizing my Administration to immediately begin producing Energy with BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN COAL”.
FWIW, China recently slapped a 15% tariff on US coal. I posted on it yesterday:
Australian ex-PM also loved his coal.
