EU’s Kallas: It’s most likely that Russia will agree to ceasefire with conditions

Comments from EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas:

• US is telling G7 members that they understand that Russia may want to extend the process by blurring the picture
• The red line is Ukraine giving away territory
• Without the EU, any deal cannot be implemented because there are elements for which Europe has the card

I don’t quite understand this line about Ukrainian territory because there is no way they’re negotiating that back, ceasefire or not.
